Maybe I’m looking too far into the words but, if this game plays like a fps-darksouls in that it’s a “big continuous world”. That would be a substantial merge of two genres. I’m just hoping they take the doom lore a little more serious than “mortally challenged” that just felt like a marvel joke out of place...

This is awesome. Diablo 3 is a good "one of those". I hope the nintendo exclusives are cool and the game does well.

Get bear traps and a turret. Get the short cooldowns and make your beartraps freeze enemies who get stuck on them and then turrets to 175% damage to frozen targets.

One thing that they could add in here that would make me instantly pull the preorder trigger is low poly characters beside that, if you are a Nintendo fan, I would buy the game on principle for the 800+ Nintendo soundtracks.

@oddballs: that multiplayer is awesome, is it easy to find games? If so, know if anyone still plays SWAT? I’d by an Xbox One X just to play some more of that in good quality

As someone who currently has an optimistic view on Games outside my genre favoritism, I will say, I have this pre conceived knowledge on how Valve as a game developer treats their games when it comes to micro transactions, community updates, and transparency in a way where I look at this new game which will probably clash with all of those things and I immediately say, “fuck them and fuck whatever they’re making”. Oh wait... this isn’t the waypoint forums...

building a PC is still exciting as shit even though at the end, it just makes the video games go. idk maybe its just my inside consumerism giving out
