I could go for a whole podcast of that cowboy-metal gear talk. Also that rapport over the office medical stuff. Thank you guys so much for being so positive and always having fun on the show. Always makes me laugh and smile.

While I am by no means a SOAD know it all (they were my first favorite band and I try to check in periodically) I can say they have not made an album since 2004 together. They’ve done some reunion tours, Serj has made three solo albums and is doing a lot of film scoring right now, Daron is getting ready to release his side project’s (Scars on Broadway) second album next month, John I believe is running a comic book store/publishing house, and I have no clue what Shavo has been up to. Some more rumors have come up about them maybe getting back together for another album soon, but... it’s almost been 15 years, so.
I find it disconcerting that people jump on this thread to bash on the duders for joking with Bakalar in good fun, but let other users say the most awful shit about any number of the staff, be it Dan or Abby or whoever just because they're not playing a game the way you want them to.
Do people really still not understand that GB is a personality site? The thing that differentiates them is the interplay between everyone, on videos, and in the podcasts.
If you are coming here and being disappointed at imperfect play, or because of gaps in someones knowledge in the history of gaming, that's pretty much on you for being in the wrong place. I'm sure there are tons of folks on twitch and elsewhere who will play a perfect round of Punch-Out while boring you with hours and hours of detail on their personal history re the NES.
