Movement looks fun, mission structure looks like it kills the entire game for me.

They might change it up but I have my doubts.

@humanity: Yea the "got what it deserved" line doesn't help heh.

@corvak: the back seating and coaxing people into constantly being indecisive to make mistakes is what makes these so great.

Day 4 has totally unsold me on the new format. Days 1 through 3 are effectively podcast retread and are void of the fun I get from GOTY.

This entire thing seems like a shell of a game made solely for the purpose of injecting a mod creator driven economy that will generate more income compared to 4 due to the online nature of 76.

This might be an overly cynical thought, but after I saw that premium currency store, I can't help but have that be my only thought about it.

@pompouspizza: There's a halfway choice option in the gameplay options. Most of the ones have "Full, Minimal or Off." Full naturally has everything and waypoints you everywhere, Minimal will give you a small hint text blurb and an image of a part of the objective to give a general idea and Off is naturally you see nothing and is more like old Hitman.

Personally I've found going through the gameplay options to tune things has a lot of flexibility in playing with what types of assists you want. It's much like a driving game in that sense.

@itsahme: The PC version is done by IOI and not outsourced to an external studio to do the PC version. so no reason to worry about it.

Yea I definitely got that vibe too, I had to quickly look things up to make sure it was a different game and not Black Ops with Mickey Rourke.

I totally skipped Origins and the last AC I played was Black Flag.

I'm enjoying this quite a lot so far.
