Does Mafia II have the change of seasons?

Watching the Costume Quest QL it got me hankering for some fall themed games. The only one I could think of was Bully. Do any of you fellow bombers remember any?

The boys should do a QL of the original. 

You could possibly make villagers look like other people too. Imagine having Ben Affleck running around your town.
