As for Number 1. That would be nice to decide fast since I just started and with only level 8 I can still start from the beginning. But switching later on would be kind of though for me... Honestly I do not care that much of which Alliance but an overall one would be great. Luckily my internet was all fucked up today so I could not play much more^^

I would totally buy Persona 4 Golden for Ps3. In a heartbeat. Not so much for the normal version though

@seppli:

  • A. Of course. We will never know
  • B. SE is making crazy money out of FFXI. In fact it was their most successful FF ever made. And with FXIV they explained several times that you can do much more with a subscription based model since you have a clear budget you are using for new content.
  • C. I think the game was just not good. Or the userbase was not really interested in this game at all.
  • D.. With ESO I think t is the opposite. You never had much hype about the game but now people realize that it is actually a pretty good game. Which could benefit them in the end. But we will see about that^^

@seppli: Their commitment. FFXI and FFXIV for example will never go free to play.

@jagged85: Yes. That is at least how I think. And yeah this really sucks and will lead to piracy.

@teaoverlord: I live in a country where people have equal rights already. You can marry men or women what you like. And gays are totally accepted here by the general public. Of course there are people who do not support them but so what? As long as the laws support them I see nothing wrong with that. We live in a free world and as long you do not hurt people every opinion should be ok.

Guess what? A lot of American states and other entire countries explicitly ban gay marriage, gay relationships, and even being gay. how is being told who you can and cannot love or marry not hurting people? how is supporting anti-gay campaigns at all like encouraging people to look at how the services they're using are affecting other people?

But this is not his fault. That is the fault of the current governor mayor or law system. And again if they do this on a legal political way I think it is "ok". This is how democracy works. You vote for the person or political group who will represent your believes. And when the majority thinks that this is not a good thing than it is a sad time but, also totally legal and within the bounds of our system. However if this country does not live in a democracy it is a whole different matter.

But to get back to the current matter. If I read his statement I think it is even more wrong. Again chose your fights and this is clearly a fight which sounds really "stupid" to be honest. Again try to respect other peoples believes and opinions and you will get more respect as well. But yeah what Ok-cupid does is totally legal so yeah.

@milkman It is a matter of free speech. Not a witch-hunt.

@yesiamaduck: We can agree on that. And my first post was also as long they do not ban firefox users it is totally ok. They leave a message and I respect that. I just think it is a bad idea.

@darkstalker If they do this on a political way. It is totally legal. That is the "danger" of a democracy. The rights and chances you have go both ways. Not only for the supporter but also for the one who disagrees.

@sdharrison: When did I ever say this? It is not my opinion. I do not care if you are straight, gay or transsexual. I do not care if you are a man or a woman. I do not care if you are black white or whatever. I only see the person. However I also respect peoples opinion that are different than mine. That is what democracy is all about in my opinion. Freedom of speech and mind as long you not go against rules and laws.

There is no right or wrong in these things. There is only a cultural and social opinion about whats right and wrong. And social and cultural morals that change a lot over time.
