NDCube is a second-party developer to Nintendo, formed by a joint venture between the largest advertising company in Japan, Dentsu, & Nintendo. That is the reason for the ND (Nintendo-Dentsu) in the company name. NDCube, now based in Tokyo, was founded on March 1, 2000. It was a hefty $3 million investment on Nintendo's and Dentsu's part.
