    Lemnisca LLC is an English localization company founded by John Hooper that specializes in translating Japanese visual novels for other publishers. Some of the companies they have worked with include Sekai Project, PQube and Shiravune. They have been responsible for translating:

    Lemnisca also attempted to crowdfund the localization of Compass of Dei Gratia: On The Fifth Day through Kickstarter on September 30, 2019. The title was planned to be the first game to be independently published by the company but the campaign concluded in October with the project failing to reach its $57,000 goal.

    Before becoming an official company, Lemnisca operated as a fan translation group from about 2012 to 2014 known as "Lemnisca Translations." During this period they created unofficial English translation patches for several sci-fi visual novels including:
