A research facility located just outside Rokumei City in the game Root Double: Before Crime * After Days. Officially called the "6th Laboratory of Atomic and Biological Organization", it is generally referred by staff and the local community as "LABO 6" or "LABO".

A large structure, it consists of four floors - two above ground, and two underground. It's stated purposes is nuclear energy related research, and for this purpose is said to house a small-scale nuclear fission reactor at its core.

It also conducts life-sciences research in related fields, leading to the development of a drug known as Alone Desire (or simply AD). This drug uses medical nanomachines to protect the user from the effects of radiation exposure for up to one hour before it must be redeveloped. The LABO also developed the Procyon, a highly-sensitive radiation dose monitor.

Doses of AD, and a number of Procyons, were supplied to member of the SIRIUS fire rescue squad (including Watase Kasasagi, Kazami Tachibana, and Jun Moribe) to enable them to search for survivors trapped in the LABO following the incident which takes place at the start of the game.

Staff at the facility include Keiji Ukita and Miyoko Tenkawa.
