the February 9th podcast of 2010 where Ryan just goes off on the people who like Sonic games. It's like 48 minutes in I think. I listen to it on rainy days to cheer me up.
Not much of a quote, but the guy's reaction to the awful Swedish candy when Bo and Ulf (However you spell their names) were on the March 31, 2009 Bombcast.
Technically not a Giant Bombcast quote, but I digress. "No one is more authentic than Kid Rock. No one." And the following "No one is more authentic than ______" jokes. I laughed so hard at those.
I remember a while back there was an episode where the guys were talking about 50 Cent I think and the blood on the sand game, and they were joking around about the next one being in space or something. I think it was Brad that started by saying "On the MOON!" and it just followed after that. Pretty funny segment on that particular cast.

Had to quote this, as it's still one of my favourite Bombcast bits. Just makes me laugh every time without fail. :D

Also "Buckle up, motherfuckers" when Ryan talks about Family Go Kart Racing on WiiWare, including the "And new to the family fun... AUNTIE AND GRAMPS" in the same description with all the reactions. Comedy gold.
Ryan "Buckle Up, motherfuckers!" when reading the press release to the newest Momy, Daddy, Sarah and Billy racing game. Vinny then comments what a great tag line that is. Also, Ryan's "Sweedish assholes!" Any time Jeff casually mentions any old crapy game or fighting game from the 90s.
