I realize playing this right after P4G only makes it worse but it's throwing me off. I know voice actors work more than most but good voice actors can alter their voice to suit the character so it's not always super apparent who the voice actor is. She does almost the exact same voice for Quark as she does for Chie.

Akihiko = Dio

Aigis/Nanako = Phi

Kanji = Sigma

Someone drew a great picture of the Persona 3+4 characters as the VLR characters that their voice actors play, but I can't find it! Alice and I think Mitsuru have pretty much the same voice too, but I can't say that this kind of thing ever bugs me.

Yeah, I actually like those voice actors so I had no problem with it. Also, who was Luna and Alice? They sounded familiar too.

In the ending after the young Akane one where he's freaking out because Kyle's consciousness got put into someone else's body that we don't know of and the one talking in Kyle's body doesn't know who he is.

@FluxWaveZ: It was the elevator! Ha, I switched it to 'easy' the first time because I didn't realize how important those gold files were. Wow.

@TooWalrus: I didn't collect the gold files and I gained access to all of them. I think they clear automatically when you complete their timeline sections.

her voice for Erica (Catherine) was pretty different so I assume she was just asked to use a similar voice

Is it Tracey Rooney or the lady that sounds like she's 8?

Well that explains it then. And that was weird- I can see how that ending may... not completely satisfy.

Sometimes a voice can fit multiple people. Look at Steve Blum or Nolan North.

Not related to Chie or this game, but I don't think I can stand any more games that have Yuri Lowenthal in them.
Fallout New Vegas finally broke me in the Brotherhood of Steel's fortress. Yuri sent me to talk to Yuri who I had to complete a quest for, after the quest chain was done he sent me onto Mr Lowenthal meanwhile Yoskue yapped at me as I ran through the bunker from Yuri to Yuri.
 
He was even in Nier playing an older brother, and then he played the younger brother when he grew up.

Oh, wow. I never knew that the Japanese voice actors had also done the voices for the Persona 3/4/Golden characters. Then again, I still haven't played Persona 4 yet, and P3P only with American tongue voices :P

Right - Steve Blum is in everything, ever. Probably one of the most prolific voice actors in gaming.
