    An experience from the 1st Huffman Conflict as a child, left him physically scarred and inspired him to join the USN army. During the 2nd Huffman conflict he finds his Childhood friend, Glen Duval, on OCU's side.  
     
    Throughout the course of the Game, he's conflicted with his own Morals, USN's Orders, and the influence of his Fromer Best friend. 
     
    Walter also makes an appearance in Front Mission 1st.
