    Sincere question: I've played tennis for most of my life, but have somehow never played a tennis video game. Is Virtua Tennis or Top Spin the better one?

    Before playing this I had only ever played Mario Tennis, but I really do enjoy Virtua Tennis 4. It has a great Tennis game and some really cool wacky mini games in it too. TopSpin I have heard is a more Sim like experience, where as Virtua Tennis is a more pick up and play Tennis game.

    Aw :P

    I do like tennis games and that rockstar ping pong game but never feel like picking up the full product, the demo is usually enough to satisfy

    It has a nice tracking system and a cool style to it, and theres this mini game where you run around collecting baby ducks and bringing them back to there mother.

    @Hizang:
    Oh I guess I did use to play Mario Tennis, but I didn't count that as it was much more "arcadey" than Virtua Tennis or Top Spin seem.

    No, people complained about Virtua Tennis 4 because it was the same as Virtua Tennis 2009 and that the career was not that good. But Virtua Tennis 2009 was a great game and the arcade mode for VT4 is still great,

    @Hizang: That and the shallow gameplay and dull presentation. Buy Top Spin and you'll see, VT4 is way behind.

     Just informing him on what the better game is, wouldn't want him to waste his money.

    Hey I don't wanna debate about this, VT4 is all the tennis I need.
