Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People
Videlectrix features prominently in
Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People. Though Videlectrix claims to have been involved in the development of
Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People along with
Telltale Games, Videlectrix seems to harbor animosity towards Telltale. Two weeks after the release of
Dangeresque 3: The Criminal Projective,
Videlectrix released Dangeresque Roomisode 1: Behind the Dangeresque, marking Videlectrix's first foray into "roomisodic gaming".
Each
SBCG4AP episode features a FunMachine game from Videlectrix. In
Baddest of the Bands the FunMachine game is not playable until after beating the episode, and
8-bit is Enough includes an additional Trogdor arcade game playable after beating the episode.
Viidelectrix
The
Viidelectrix web site features four Videlectrix games modified for use on the Wii's Internet Channel, as well as a link to Telltale's
Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People site.
Videlectrix Kidx
Videlectrix Kidx is a subsidiary of Videlectrix that makes children's toys.
Taranchula Black Metal Detector
The only known product of Videlectrix Kidx is the Taranchula Black Metal Detector. First seen in the Strong Bad Email
buried, it is the only metal detector endorsed by the metal band Taranchula and was given out as a consolation prize on children's game shows.
The Taranchula Black Metal Detector appears in every episode of
Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People, until it is destroyed by
Trogdor in
8-bit is Enough.
