The place we are staying at is starting to fall apart and it was built 3 years ago...fucking building standards my arse...
anyway,
it's also kinda small, we have the kitchen the lounge and the dining area in one space, and although it works, having the PC on the dining table kinda sucks when you want your mates over for a party, plus the outside area is small as shit, so house partys need to be in the garage...I'm no fucking college student so that sucks ass.

And yeah, it's smaller than it looks, upstairs are the bedrooms, and we have outgrown it,
Now compared to this, the place we are looking at is fucking immense

And outside areas, What we are thinking is bringing in another person to cover the $300 increase in rent...obviously we really want this place, but, do we need it?

oh...I am also looking at buying back my car... so that'll be 5 grand as well...hmmm i miss my car,

peace and all that jazz PS: Another reason I want to move is that we have no room for the surround sound system...we have a 4 grand home theatre system with no fucking surround sound because the acoustics are shit ARGH!
