Time Sink

Considering how much time I spend on this very site either watching (or only listening to the videos really) as I surf the web or lurk the forums from time to time, I might as well leave a few notes for myself of the future. There have been other sites I've frequented more than I should have on a daily basis but Giant Bomb has become a site that I've grown to love. Despite never growing as attached to Jeff Gerstmann & Co. during their On The Spot days as some " veterans" or "GameSpot refugees" of this site may have, I've always found Gerstmann to be an interesting, charismatic internet personality.
 
Relocating my interests and time into the Whiskey Media network (primarily, this site) wasn't exactly something I was hoping for when I first visited this site.  When I became a registered user of this site in November of 2008, I took a quick glance of their video section and never looked back until I subscribed to the Giant Bombcast on iTunes after receiving an iPod Touch (2G) for Christmas of '08(?) from my mother, which was weird because I jokingly asked for one months before but still got it anyway, but that's not the point. The hilarious tangents they would get into on the podcast would eventually lead me to the Persona 4 Endurance Run (ER), a game I've never heard of or ever dreamed of playing until I saw the 30th episode (my first) of the ER, the episode that introduced us all to Mysterious Fox. Since then, my lingering presence on this site has been history.
