Happy (Slightly Late) Birthday Giantbomb!

First of all, I know this comes a day or so late and I'm sure every member of Giantbomb as wished Whiskey Media and of course the Giantbomb crew a Happy Birthday. I can't believe it's already been a year, how time flies when your entertained by a page dedicated to cheese and the many game appearances 'cheese' as made. It's a wonderful site and back in the blog days I don't think anyone could have truly expected it to be the site that it is today. It's indeed a unique and beautiful thing when I go onto the ever hip and happening forums to read a heavy discussion about which hamburger is the best or a rather interesting chat about short songs they wish were longer. It's often odd yet it always stays so wonderful and is one of the many reasons Giantbomb as continued to grow and grow.

It's also a fantastic example of a great set-up, while only truly consisting of a few hardcore videogame journalists and two fantastic video editors, it still provides me with more entertainment and useful information then any site out there and continues to amaze me. The ever lasting Persona 4 endurance run as been an absolute blast and always brings a smile to my ever ageing face and there's been so many wonderful quotes that I honestly found it tough to pick one out to place within this text. I don't wish this to sound to cheesy or weird (though it probably already does) but I wish to massively thank the folks of Giantbomb and Whiskey Media for creating a site 'true' gamers can call home. A place where we can freely chat about almost anything and create pages for the most beautiful of things, such as bread or sunsets.

So I thank Jeff, Ryan, Brad, Vinny and Drew for the hard work they've put into the site, and I'm sure many of my fellow Giantbombers say the same. Thanks to Whiskey Media for creating such an epic site in the first place, keep those fantastic updates coming guys. Extra special mention to Dave for being a ever popular guest on the Bombcast when one of the fantastic four is away. Lastly I personally also want to thank my fellow Giantbombers for making this site the best site I've ever had the honour of being part of, you lot rule. Now I'm in danger of making this sound like an oscar winners speech (except for the crying of course), so I'll leave it at that. I wish for nothing but epicly wonderful, fantastic things to happen to Giantbomb in the years to come and I shall hopefully be alive to see it's deserved rise to super-mega-fame.
