Alright now that, that is over, I just wanted to say that the VGAs were bullshit and doesn't even seem like a show aimed at Gamers, or people who are remotely involved with video games. Uh oh, time for another break, looks like The All American Rejects are here to perform some song no one has ever heard of before.

Who cares.

The other problem with an award show, is that you can't please everyone. I don't think there's a single gamer out there who enjoys Weezer, All American rejects, 50 Cent, and LL Cool J. So stop having the dumb performances. And what the fuck was with people backstage saying "Oh it's like gaming heaven, we got people like 50 Cent and Jack Black here." What the fuck do they have to do with video games? I realize saying "OMG WILL WRIGHT AND CLIFF BLEZINSKI" may be weird for someone who doesn't know who they are, but they're all reading from scripts anyway, so it's going to be akward either way.

And there was way too many fucking commercials and dumb ass skits. Did anyone noticed during the last 20 minutes how they condensed ten of the categories into a 45 second montage clip? Yet minutes before we watched the dumbest skit featuring Larry on a segway and some other nobody trying to be funny for 10 minutes. If you're going to have a video game award show, make it about... I don't know... VIDEO GAMES??!?!?!?!
