Getting my own 360 (finally)

Alright, here's the scoop. I asked my parents about getting me a 360 for Christmas, but my was all "no dice" because he's afraid that's all I'd end up doing when I transfer. Oh well. I've been getting a lot of hours lately, so as soon as I get enough for a game and a 360, I'm off to the store. No questions asked. Well, one question for all you lucky people out there: Which of these titles should I get first (yes, that means I'll be buying them all at some point in time)?

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts
Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise
BioShock
Marvel: Ultimate Alliance
Left 4 Dead
Fable 2

I'm strongly leaning towards Banjo-Kazooie because I loved the previous two on the 64. Played through those suckers a million times each. Anyone wishing to persuade me otherwise, or I guess persuade me for my second choice, by all means do so.
