You know the deal. I put games here that I beat throughout the year to try to keep track of the games for GotY. Not always successful at remembering all the games I played so I am going to try to put games, that are released this year, on this list as I purchase them and if I beat them, update that entry to reflect that. Anyway, enough talk, listing commence!

Hey look, it's my 2018 Game of the Year. And I just beat it in 2019. I think I am good on Assassin's Creed for a bit I kinda binged on this over my Christmas break and pulled an all nighter to get to the finish line. I still do love this game, I think I can say without a doubt in my mind that this is my favorite Assassin's Creed game with Origins in second place. The ending to the cult storyline and the other storyline are insane. This game also does something I don't remember any other open world game doing at the end of its main progression. The mission We Remember might be my favorite mission in any open world game. Beaten 1 January
That last level is something. Mumbai might be my least favorite map in these games. Beaten 7 Jan
I put this game too low on my GotY list. Just got the second ending and holy shit what it reveals. I could probably talk for some time about what that ending means but I don't want to get into series spoilers in this. Suffice it to say that I now want a Dragon Warrior remake. Beaten 13 Jan
I beat this a bunch of time before it got fully released, but I finally went back and beat the release build. I probably go back and fight the one boss I haven't faced yet in the Insufferable Crypt since I will continue to play this game from time to time. Beaten (again) 13 Jan
Interesting game, and very dark. The controls bugged me at points, but it's a Swery game, so I'm willing to forgive them. Beaten 20 Jan
Interesting Myst-like game. Some of the puzzles were just as obtuse. Still enjoyable though. Beaten 20 Jan
I don't know why, but I enjoy these games. Beaten 23 Jan
A remake of my favorite RE game. This is a phenomenal game. Switched it up on my playthrough, used to always play as Claire first, this time I went Leon first. Beaten 27 Jan
I don't normally care for multiplayer shooters because I am no good at them, but this is very fun with friends. Added 4 Feb
