great game elevated by a fantastic portrayal of a father/son relationship. Beat once, finished most of the side stuff, even that goddamn final valkyrie! Just not the story boards and collectibles like ravens and stuff.
Fun as hell mechanics that reward repeat playthroughs and mastery. Beat from normal to nightmare, 100% achievements for once!
It's a great shooter with an awesome story. Had played some of it before but never beat it. This time beat on normal to nightmare.
Super fun and addicting for about 100 hours. Love the 40k theme too. Not as high production value as most of these games at the top, but makes up for it with strategic bliss... for a while until you figure out the core loop, which took a long time. Basically beat all the base faction quests and 4way battles on easy and medium, ended on the chaos marine quest completion.
Finally playing this on mouse and keyboard was an eye opening experience. On the higher difficulties you are forced into squeezing everything out of your weapons and abilities and must flow through arenas like a dancing dealer of death. This game makes you feel like the ultimate badass. Played normal to nightmare.
Honestly a great competitor to forza horizon. A bit more arcadey and has a bit more character to it in my opinion. Love the handling model, not the brake to drift nonsense of NFS but a little bit more arcadey and weighty than Forza. Beat "campaign" and a ton of extra stuff.
Damn this is actually pretty great?? Faith was well placed in Machine Games. Beat on normal, did a bunch of side stuff but not everything - felt like busywork at some point. Looked up a video on the ending secret area thing that teases maybe a DLC.
A really intoxicating blend of light RTS and 4X... for a while. The campaign (normal) and some conquest (easy) was fun but didn't hook me hard enough to get me to climb the eventual steep skill curve. Still a very fun 30 hours of gameplay.
Takes the doom universe to weird places and has a bit too many cooldowns to manage, but is still pretty well crafted for what it is. Also played the anime DLC and enjoyed how stupid they decided to get with it. Beat normal and UV, but didnt feel like doing a nightmare run with the Dark age almost out. And it really is intense in a way that can be a bit much sometimes lol, but I definitely could've done it had I wanted - no really!!
