Favourite Videogames EVAR!!1!1!!!11

Here are my 10 favourite videogames ever (I think). In no particular order.

Update - 01/24/2019: This list is probably from 2010, when I was a late teenager. I thought about deleting it because of the embarrassing title and generally weak - if sparse - writing, but I decided to keep it as a comparison against my other list where I rank everything I play from now until I die. Most of these games will probably not be on that list because they won't have been played recently enough for inclusion (though some, like DMC3, I've been meaning to reevaluate for years and may, conceivably, be replayed at some point in my life), but I still thought keeping it was worthwhile.

Incidentally, a good chunk of this list is still accurate, though some entries - like Super Mario World and Shadow of the Colossus - feel like concessions to the accepted canon of videogames. They're both superb games, but having them on my personal list is disingenuous. Also interesting that despite saying these were my 10 favourite videogames ever, there are actually only 9 games here. Did I take one away because it didn't feel "right"? Could I not even think of 10? The world will never know.
