This is the best final fantasy story ever told. This is the best video game story ever told as a whole when FF14 2.0 - 6.0 is included. It's so well written it ties every thread over the past 10 years. Almost every character matters and even a character I disliked for a long time they made me really like in the end. I wish this is remade with a bigger production budget this story deserves better looking cutscenes. It being a MMO is my biggest complaint, it does MMO stuff well enough and respects your time.
Plays better than any souls game but doesnt have the immaculate level design of those games. Gameplay has almost limitless depth and a game I can see a reason to New Game+. 120 fps bug can fuck off though game is hard enough.. 10/10
TOP FUCKING TIER WRITING AND DIALOGUE. Up there with Naughty Dog if not surpassing them with just the sheer volume of it. Lip syncing and Facial animation dont get better than this I was not expecting this from Deus Ex Devs. The choices matter a lot and there is new dialogue and sections. had to reload to last save point multiple times. Dialogue cuts off due to other dialogue starting. 9/10
A game that just does everything solid. Where it excels at is its insane amount of creativity in the art and level design. I have not played the 1st one and enjoyed this game thoroughly. Combat is just ok and it's no mario game in terms of platforming.
Oh so is this metroid in 2021 well then its damned good. Last metroid game i played was Other M... it was fine but samus was written like someone that didnt know what they were doing. Samus in dread is a fucking badass that is tired of all the bullshit and its great. Game pacing is just perfect and there is very little downtime between getting new abilities. 100%ing this game is really fun and requires tight execution to collect all the things. 9/10
Oh wow this game is really fun. I got into the building deep but the combat is kinda weak to say the least. Most bosses are badly designed but with a group you can zerg them down. Without the Mulitplayer I would have dropped this 2-3 hrs in. 9/10
Yeah so this one is really good. Capcom has to stop doing these overly scripted sections , especially at the start, it bogs down multiple playthroughs. Chris section is just call of duty so not a fan of that I want to play Resident evil not COD. Some missteps but overall better than RE7. 8/10
what a surprise . this game is full of atmosphere. The music is very good and also very disturbing in some areas. this is the devs 1st game, excited for their next one. 8/10
Triple A rougelike ? well kinda but the rougelike part is not good, the items are not interesting, the parasites suck, your character plays the same with each run . The only reason this game is even great is because the core gameplay is so solid it carries everything else on its back. Oh yeah the story was a big let down, cool concept but fails to make the landing in any satisfying way. 8/10
PS5 throwing out games that look like this and demon souls in its 1st year has me really looking forward to this generation of games. However it is an enigma, while it looked insanely polished I ran into multiple bugs. Gameplay is fun but was getting stale near the end with the huge arsenal of weapons the enemies were the same since hour 2. This felt like the combat team had half the people that did the art because the discrepancy in quality was mountainous . 8/10
