Game of the Year 2017

Having recently played the DLC, it reminded me how wonderful BOTW is. I have grown to dislike open world games due to the emptyness or overcrowded nature of the structure. What BOTW attempted to do was breakdown the gameplay mechanics and re-introduce them as a fresh approach. Not only did it work they made the open world super fun to explore.
