Solid RPG game, memorable characters, breathtaking music

Reasons:
Long, draggy text dialogue, slow paced gameplay
But Why Must You Play It:
Engaging storyline that makes you want to see it through the end

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots

3. Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots

Reasons:
Extremely looooong cutscenes, excessive technobabble, draggy dialogue
But Why Must You Play It:
Superb gameplay, AAA storyline, memorable characters, terrific moments

Silent Hill: Downpour

4. Silent Hill: Downpour

Reasons:
Broken controls, numerous "where am I supposed to go" situations, boring plot, graphics a big yawn
But Why Must You Play It:
Don't. This game sucks. Second weakest entry in the franchise (Beaten by Book of Memories)
