Beautiful Katamari

2. Beautiful Katamari

Strangely addictive. Before Beautiful Katamari I’ve never touch a Katamari game (Ha!). I found this gem of the game on the Xbox Marketplace, as a demo, and instantly fell in love with it. If you’ve never played a Katamari game, then why haven’t you? The game is set around this one simple premise; roll the sticky ball, called a Katamari, and roll up the objects within the environment. You’re the Prince of the Cosmos and your father, the King of the Cosmos, finds a way to ‘balls up’ the Cosmos and sends you into to fix it. I can’t describe how addictive this game is. I’ve spent hours rolling up objects. The games controls are tight and reponsive, while there are some weird control design were you have to wagle the sticks to roll quicker, but overall there still reponsive. The music. Oh! The music. I hear the soundtrack in my sleep. FINISH THIS LATER.
