(PC) A unique experience with an albeit simple story, but presented in an effective manner that really made me feel the emotions in the final scenes.
(PSX, emulated, original JP) emulation makes the gameplay bearable enough to enjoy the story
(PC) Went into this thinking, "Great, I enjoyed Drakengard 3, this should be fun"; but this ended up just re-emphasizing what made D3 so fun for me: the crazy characters, voice acting, dialogue, and music. None of that is present here. All this game has that isn't a complete waste is a somewhat fun combat system. Though that fun dies quick given the repetitive nature of the game, and how there is nothing fun to distract me from it.
(PC) Eh. The weakest title in the series for sure. Not much to say.
(PC, emulated) much the same, but with more unique cast of main characters.
(PC, emulated) 99% grind, 1% story
(PC) decent. wish it had more outfits though
(PSP, emulated) eh decent
