9/10 Incredible gameplay in standard encounters. Absolutely loved the Slayer Gates, as they are some of the most fun I have had in an FPS in a long time. Somewhat disappointing boss fights. Incredibly disappointing story. Overall still a truly fantastic game. The new Super Shotgun is maybe my favorite FPS gun of all time.
9/10 My BR trajectory has been PUBG -> Apex -> Warzone. Warzone made me realize how much I missed the vehicle aspect of PUBG in Apex. Adding the option to pull in your own loadout and complete in-game contracts to further your progression even if you're not getting kills makes me enjoy even the bad matches a lot more. Add in the progression of leveling up guns and unlocking attachments and you've got my favorite game in the genre to date.
