Lots of classics that I never played but I kind of don't want to go back and play them because I feel like you had to be there, you know? I don't want to be disappointed that they don't hold up. This is basically a nostalgia list.

nostalgia overload. it's amazing how magical this felt despite being an original gameboy with those technical limitations.

it's where i fell off with pokemon because i put the 1st gen on such high of a pedestal, but i still enjoyed it a lot. unlocking kanto was a revelation.
