I don't have a problem with the HD Remake movement going on right now. Thanks to them, I was able to play the first two God of War games (I had skipped them on the PS2). I also own the Sly Cooper and Ico & Shadow of the Colossus collections (I haven't played any of those games before, but I haven't actually opened them up on my PS3 yet either).
Some of these games are coming in HD collections and some have yet to be announced. This is what I'd like to play again/for the first time. (Note: I stuck to the Xbox/PS2/GC generation, since going back further makes the remakes a more tricky proposition).

Already announced for the PS3/PSV, I can't wait to play this game again. It was the first Final Fantasy game that I got really sucked into.
I would love a collection of the PS2 games to be re-released. I've played and beat them all, but I love this franchise. I've beat the first two PS3 games at least 4 times each. EDIT: Announced for Fall 2012! No Deadlocked, but hopefully that will come sometime in the future. Edit 2: Deadlocked was released as a PSN download. The only games missing now are the 2 PSP games.
Already Announced. I loved the first game, but didn't get around to playing the two sequels. This will be a perfect opportunity.
I loved both of these games. I'd pick up a re-release in a heartbeat. EDIT: Remake is coming sometime in 2012.
I'm a sucker for the Tony Hawk games, ever since Tony Hawk 2X on the Xbox. EDIT: THPS HD is coming in July 2012. It isn't a full remake, but rather a collection of levels from the first 2 games (with levels from the 3rd game coming as DLC).
The original games had a great art style and fun world. I haven't played the newer games in the series, but I'd definitely pick up the first two games in a package. EDIT: Re-release/slightly upres version of KH 1 coming as part of KH collection in Fall 2013.
Starting from Sunshine and moving forward (Galaxy 1 and 2), I'd love to see HD versions of the games.
I could skip the waggle Zelda games, but nothing would beat this game in full HD. EDIT: Announced for Wii U. Coming Fall/Winter 2013.
