EuricaeriS: Best of 2010

Showing 1-10 of 10 items

999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors

1. 999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors

I've had it for less than two weeks and I have already put far more time into this than the rest of the games from 2010.

Super Meat Boy

2. Super Meat Boy

I bought this game twice, at full price, for a good reason.

Fallout: New Vegas

3. Fallout: New Vegas

Would be higher if Obsidian had spent their time in QA with this.

Pokémon HeartGold/SoulSilver

4. Pokémon HeartGold/SoulSilver

Touted as remakes, but they really add a lot more to the originals. Great fun, nostalgia aside.

Alpha Protocol

5. Alpha Protocol

Proof that a game that is littered with bugs and an awkward statistic system can be so damn fun to play.

Enslaved: Odyssey to the West

6. Enslaved: Odyssey to the West

The gameplay isn't exactly revolutionary, but the art is superb. This game is great to look at.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2

7. Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2

It's a shame that people with no interest in the anime will ignore this title. Even for folks unfamiliar with Naruto, this is a fantastic and well-made game.

BlazBlue: Continuum Shift

8. BlazBlue: Continuum Shift

Regardless of whether you are a fan of the fighting genre of games, I think few can argue about the amount of effort that went into this game. Balanced characters, crisp visuals and genuinely fun gameplay make it a great party title at least.

Minecraft

9. Minecraft

The simple look combined with the deep and intricate gameplay go well. The fact that my brother hasn't stopped playing it since I bought him a copy a few days ago is testament to that.

Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies

10. Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies

A game that I need to put more time into. More time than the ridiculous amount that it has already taken, may I add.
