Aegis' realization of what was going to happen and the last words she spoke to a certain character got me really bad. I realized what was going to happen the exact same moment she did, and had the same reaction as her.
The Boss. I didn't hit X at the end (or whatever button it was). I couldn't.
The opera scene got me. Too much awesome for me to handle. First time I've ever cried due to Overwhelming Awesome.
I surprised myself. The (unexpected) tears of a certain character opened the gates for my own..
