General Rules
-Only 1 item allowed in inventory at any one time (except Dishonored)
-No use of special abilities, unless they involve agility somehow

-Cannot use items in inventory -Powers (Blink, etc) not allowed
Difficulty: Realistic Augs: Speed Enchancement, Power Recirculator (no other augs allowed)
Custom Character: Female Redguard?
