7/10. Good game but man this game was pretty rough and very frustrating. Not too memorable. Except for the final boss, the boss fights are pretty terrible. However, this is the first game of the series and would serve as the stepping stone for the next two games. I will forever hold a grudge against the people behind The High Road level.
9.5/10. This game is a masterpiece, the best Crash game. What a jump between the first game and this game. The improved gameplay, the unique level designs. Much better boss fights, although the final boss fight was awful. I am still blown away to this day.
9/10. Another banger from Naughty Dog. Gameplay is further improved with new abilities gained after defeating bosses such as the Double jump & Super Charged Body Slam. Also new gameplay mechanics such as the ability to ride vehicles and animals, although every vehicle level is awful, especially the motorcycle ones. The levels are very diversed this time with themes including medieval castles, ancient Egypt, prehistoric era. The boss fights are some of the best out of the trilogy.
10/10. I never owned the N64 so I can't make any judgements on Mario Kart 64 but regardless this is my favorite racing game of all time. Fun and challenging gameplay with diverse tracks. The music slaps. It's as simple as that. Many hours spent playing this. I suppose those awful racing levels in Crash Bandicoot: Warped laid the groundwork for this game.
6.5/10. I think I only like this game because I am a Crash fan because this game is pretty awful. This is a party game with a variety of mini games. But this isn't no Mario Party. There is 28 different mini-games divided into seven categories with multiple variations each. Ballistix, Polar Push, & Crate Crush were the only fun ones. The boss fights were weird with the final boss being one the worst boss fights. Waaaay too challenging as well in trying to obtain the collectibles.
