The best combination of Assassin's Creed open world structure and Arkham Asylum combat. All set in the very deep, dark world of Middle-Earth. The Nemesis system ads a lot of replay value and i hope more games borrow from it in 2015 on wards.

Great game for any Marvel geek. So many characters with unique powers to play around with. It's also a good Podcast listening game.

Not much was added to the Definitive Edition but it was a good excuse to return to one of the best games of 2012. And comes with all the little DLC extras.
