A unique and heartfelt story, great gameplay that makes you feel powerful, impressive art, this game felt like near perfection in a $15 package. The execution of the gameplay and storytelling had a very personal effect on me by the end of it.
I've played through this game twice, and although there are tons of bugs in it (especially the coop multiplayer) this was a riot all the way through.
I don't know if I would rank Deus Ex Human Revolution so high if I already wasn't a fan of the last two, but I loved this game. It's truly another Deus Ex, not a flat FPS with stealth mechanics. It had a meaningful story that I had a fun time deciding how I wanted it to play out.
Funny, interesting, good but limited multiplayer. More Portal felt really good when this came out.
Take the grandiosity of BF2 and the modern gameplay of Bad Company 2, with a little Trent Reznor influenced music, and you have what I consider the near ideal military shooter. Bravo guys.
The new Elder Scrolls nearly achieved the same feelings of astonishment I had when playing Oblivion for the first time. The combat isn't great, but the environments and atmosphere make for a living breathing world where there's always something to do.
Despite the low number of players playing this, I had a blast and still play this on occasion. This game feeds the driving urge I want in a video game.
Clever game and a fun story, perfect for the DS. One of the best handheld games of the year easily.
This game has quickly become one of my favorite bullet-hell shooters of all-time. Buy it.
