Exisled is an XNA community game available over Xbox Live Marketplace. It is a top down shooter.
"A City on the Brink of Disaster" welcomes heroic helicopter pilots as they rescue survivors, fight towering infernos, chase down fleeing felons, and take on the ultimate challenge: natural disasters.
Seek and Destroy is a top-down shooter in which you control either an Apache helicopter or a tank. Players customize their loadout before a mission with powerful weapons such as the Mega Missile or Napalm in order to wreak maximum havoc.
Set in future Neo Tokyo, the crime syndicate Nemesys are staging a military coup, and you play as one of the titular Helicops, elite police forces with advanced combat helicopters, and you have to secure the city.
Red Zone is a top down shooter where you take control of an AH-64B Apache attack helicopter. A mad Dictator is planning to nuke the world. It's up to an elite chopper team to stop him before he succeeds. Similar to Desert Strike you pick up fuel and ammo.
The second SNES game in the MechWarrior franchise, also released for the Genesis as Battletech. It traded the series' trademark cockpit view for an isometric perspective and more emphasis on shooting than simulation.
Air Strike Patrol is an isometric, tactical jet fighter shoot 'em up developed by Opus for the SNES. It was released in Europe by System 3 Software, where it was known as Desert Fighter.
A top-down isometric helicopter shoot 'em up originally for the Sega Genesis, which was later ported to a variety of platforms. It is best known for its open-ended mission design and was followed by several sequels.
Apache Strike is an AH-64 Apache combat flight simulator by William C. Appleton. Set in 1997, the player must pilot their helicopter through urban environments in order to take out a network of strategic computers set to launch a nuclear war.
