Ultraman Legend is the fusion form of Ultraman Cosmos and Ultraman Justice. When these two Ultramans combine their powers together, the might of the universe will make them fuse into one of the strongest Ultramans ever.
As a playable character, Ultraman Legend's finisher is instant death to any opponent in Ultraman Fighting Evolution 3, and this move cannot be blocked, dodged, or reflected. However, he is not a saveable character, and players need to repeat beating the required level to unlock him temporarily.
