    Exactly or you could just buy UFC Undisputed 2009 for $20 cheaper if you can find a copy of it.

    If you are a diehard UFC fan like me, then yes. 
    It's a great game, I'm loving it so far.

    You have to be a UFC Fan to truly understand every aspect of the game or atleast be a MMA Fan. I just love this game.. I am done with my Career mode.. still have lots to play.. :) 
    The tutorials which can be odd for people who are totally new to MMA.  
    As the game itself is good, balanced and true to the franchise.. You won't regret buying this game for sure.. :)
