I've been playing The Division again, and I'm still enjoying it, but I'm not getting any better gear. I've got a gear score of 283 and a score of about 1500 but I've been stuck with the same gear for like the last 20 hours. Nothing I've done has given me any better gear. Meanwhile I'm seeing other players who are 293 with a score of 6000+.

Is there anything specific I can be doing? Stick with doing the underground stuff? PVP? Dark Zone stuff?

Did you crank up the World Tier? I’ve haven’t played in a bit but that seemed to ramp up the difficulty/reward balance. That and doing the PVE....assaults? Flashpoints? I forget what they’re called, the co-op raid side mission things.
