Cole is the protagonist of inFamous. He gains electricity-based superpowers in the explosion that cripples his hometown, and must choose whether to use them to defend or destroy Empire City. He has a tendency to slowly think out his choices and their possible consequences.
Joseph Bertrand

Joseph Bertrand III is the leader of the Militia in New Marais, and accidentally transformed the Vermaak 88 mercenary group into psychotic ice-powered Conduits.
Nix

A New Marais native that grew up in the swamps. She is a hedonistic guide that will try to help Cole ignore the consequences of his actions in inFamous 2. She has been described as cold and uncaring. Voiced by Nika Futterman.
