While on a news story, reporter April O'Neil witnesses the city of New York disappearing. The Shredder uses an artifact from Dimension-X called the Hyper Stone to shrink the city down and add it to his collection, and on national TV, he directly challenges the Turtles to come and face him. This game, when I played it, always reminded me of the Ninja Turtles II copy I had on NES. The game has a similar game feel similar to that of other beat 'em ups. And it makes more sense than the overly 80';s games like Streets of Rage, because I knew I would like Ninja Turtles in a game. The game has plenty of cool levels taking places in the sewers, the streets of New York, and even in the water when water-skiing. It can be a challenge but it can also be a little easy to beat, depending on you...
