    The Sword of Althena, the blade of the Dragon Master, the sword of heroes, is an ancient sword that is wielded by each Dragon Master in turn. Its origins are lost to the mists of time.


    A holy blade, the sword of Althena is more than just a powerful weapon. It also grants the power of healing, and is one of the pieces of the Dragonmaster Armor.

    In Games:

    Although Alex Noah is the first playable character that wields the Sword, it is known to have been the sword of his hero Dragonmaster Dyne, and suggested that others before him. After the events of Lunar: The Silver Star the sword is said to have been lost. During Lunar: Eternal Blue, however, it is revealed to have been safeguarded by Nall throughout the centuries.
