Since Mario Maker 1 faded into history Discord became a thing that has effectively replaced forums. Like how there’s a GB Discord for Apex matchmaking or other games should we also get a GB Discord going for Mario Maker 2 level sharing once the game is nearer to release?

Also, can't wait for Jeff to get his hands on this for another GB Makes Mario stream, and then the ensuing madness of getting Patrick to attempt completion, while Drew films Dan filming Jeff watching Patrick fail over, and over, and over, and over....lol

Jeff? Dan is the grand master when it comes to making Mario. Jeff is more like the Big Boss chat master. Drew was the spider that hold it all together, I remember how dull episodes 3 and 4 were, without Drew.

Dan being east and Jeff west is not optimal. Sure they can voip/vidip it but not the same. I can however not think of a good replacement for Drew. I guess Vinny would be the best because he's the most fun, but a Drew he isn't.

I have a fear though that it will just be Jeff and Ben making a Mario level or two.

@rocketblast0063: I feel ya, but I think Jeff has some solid ideas on more balanced and fair challenges, where Dan's leaned further in the ultra-heel direction and often wants to make something truly malicious. They work so well together!

Hopefully some cross-coast action is possible - Vinny just needs to pilot the tele-presence robot again while Dan and Jeff work on the level. Split the frame, 2/3 of it Mario Maker, 1/3 Vinny on an adventure around the office / the streets of SF.

I agree, Jeff is not a bad designer, at all. And Dan and Jeff are best when they work together.
