    Overview

    The player comes across Sully in Thicket excavations. Sully tries to fix the machinery when he ends up flooding the area instead. It is later discovered after the player helps Sully fix the problem that he is the leader of a band of raiders.

    Sully is voiced by Brandon Keener.
