This game is the standard. My experience with adult games is non-existent. Can you actually buy this stuff in some weird store in the U.S. or is this all internet-based?

I find it disgraceful that we, as the foremost video game encyclopedia on the web, have no information on Suck My Dick or Die.  I think this needs to be rectified, and fast.

I was thinking about getting this game, but I figured I should just wait for the sequel when they'll add epic mickeys to the mix.

So... I'm too scared to just do a random search on it on Google (or any search on it, really), but I want to know if there's really any killing involved.  Do you have to force the woman/man to suck your dick and if they refuse do you have to kill them?  If so, how are those murder scenarios?  Does it become a completely different game during those (fighting, FPS, TPS...)?  What's the main protagonist's motivation for pursuing whatever quest he's pursuing in the game?  Is this a dating game, or a sex simulator game?
