Awooo! Awooo! The Electric Amazonian with skin of green and a heart of gold makes his triumphant return to the world stage. Capcom did us a solid this time with an immediate blog post detailing his latest iteration, so less space to speculate, but he looks just as annoying as I'd have hoped, and it's pleasantly surprising to see them releasing characters at a quicker rate this time around. Who knows, maybe we'll even have Sagat playable before EVO?
