Backstory
Starcash is the all-powerful manager of the
Space Circus. He acts ruthlessly towards his crew. He has to ensure that the Space Circus runs smoothly, because he is physically imprisoned in it: He is locked in a control room without any doors in the middle of the vessel, where he lives surrounded by his robot advisers. He issues orders using Holocom, the Space Circus's communications system.
Before the events of the game, Starcash was responsible for hiring
Starshot on Killer Expo to use his star-juggling talents for less harmful purposes, he even managed to strike a good deal with the egotistical militants on the planet who had no use for a less than cooperative starcrusher who had broken away from his. He considers him to be incompetent, but a valuable asset to Space Circus.
During Starshot: Space Circus Fever, he initially hires Willfall to investigate the incident on Tensuns, who is quick to suggest taking Starshot with him for protection. When a timebomb robot lands onboard the Star Circus, he feels more than a little inclined to make sure their debt is erased within 10 days, the most prominent solution being to fill all the seats and put on the best show in the universe!
