During the beta I was able to run the game just fine by lowering the view distance. Now that I've gone back to play post launch I can't find the slider for it anymore and I hear that Bioware took out a lot of video settings. This worries me because it keeps me from fully enjoying the game and I was wondering if anyone has a solution or knows if Bioware has plans of adding these settings back in or why Bioware took them out in the first place.

I too was rather puzzled and dismayed by the lack of some video options. Specifically the view distance. My computer is getting a bit long in the tooth and trying to render things at full distance is a real drain on its processing power. I want to play the game so bad I'm upgrading my computer but I can see people on lower end machines having problems which could easily be fixed with more options.

I can't say 100% but I recall seeing the slider for grass/tree density and the draw distance. I can confirm this tonight.

I wish I could push foiliage draw distance some more. Looks so dumb as it sprouts out of the ground.

This, and also any form of AA that I don't have to force outside of the application. As it stands, the performance hit is too massive to make it viable.
