I haven't played in a while but I do plan to play again at some point. Do you have to have an active account to transfer characters?

Transfer requirements

Your account...

• ...must have an active subscription or game time remaining.
• ...must not be banned.

The character you want to transfer...

• ...must not have been transferred within the last 72 hours.
• ...must not be a guild leader. (Guild members will not have their guild membership transferred.)
• ...should not have any items listed in the Galactic Trade Network. Active Galactic Trade Network listings will not be transferred.
• ...should not have any items, credits or mail in their mailbox. In-game mail will not be transferred. (Items and credits in your inventory are unaffected).
• ...will have its friends and ignore lists reset.
• ...may need to be renamed if your name is already taken on the destination server (you will be prompted for a new name when you log in if this is the case).
• ...will have its Legacy name set to your Legacy name on the destination server.
• ...will have its Legacy level set to the highest Legacy level among the source and the destination.

The destination server...

• ...must have been open for at least 90 days.

KESSLER RUN HAVE TRANSFERRED TO THE "CORELLIAN RUN" SERVER

It's a free transfer, and only takes about a minute to complete from your account page at swtor.com

Once you have transferred over, whisper any Kessler Run member to get a guild invite. If you were in the old guild, make sure to mention that. The new server is fantastically active - currently three separate instances of the fleet running (about 250 people in each), on the Empire side alone.

Hey guys, a Bothan here. Just wanted to let you guys know that I've also transferred to Corellian Run. I'm not planning on making an Empire character anytime soon, but if you see me in the game (Insanius and Faarooq) then feel free to say hi to me =)

Anyone still around? I decided to try out a Sith Assassin for a bit and would like to play with some duders. I typed in Kessler Run and nothing shows up for me. My character's name is Oster if anyone is on at the same time as me.

Can we get a list of ppl we can message in game for an invite?

Who command is terrible - it won't show me the guild that people are in so I'm messaging random guys and asking "Are you in Kessler Run?"

oh um... most of the people who still play the game only usually log in for weekend Operation groups. That would be the best time to find us online.

I am so upset that the Skylander legacy name was taken on Corellian Run. SO UPSET.

Heads up to my fellow duders, Kessler Run (and I believe all of Corellian Run server) has been moved over to the Shadowlands sever as part of the new huge server pop tech they must introduced.

Im actually curious myself, I have a few empire characters on this server and recently began playing again.

I am right there with you. Still playing and trying to get as many fifties as I can (god knows why though). If anybody has characters on The Harbinger, then grab your lightsaber! I have a bunch of lowbies on Prophecy Of The Five as well, if anyone happens to be on that server.

I do. Mostly play on the european server though... need to level up my shadowlands imperial. If anyone cares to, invite me (Nobaru) to the guild again.

For the time being it appears I'm the guild master so all you new F2P guys let me know (either in game or through GB) if you want an invite to the guild. We're an Imperial guild that is now on the Shadowlands server.

Cool, im running off GMT time since im in the UK so ill just keep an eye open for any kessler run dudes on the server, ill probably be running as my sith Despotillis or my agent Lobdell, ill pm you if we are on at the same time.

I always thought TOR would be the MMO to make me subscribe to an MMO, but I figured it would go F2P soon enough.

It's ironic then that now when it's actually free to play, I've decided to start a subscription.

So I subbed back in May and have been playing on the republic side for a while now. I'm currently about to make an imp character and just wanted to ask, is this guild dead or...?

With all the new space combat incoming i thought i would give this another go...again. I know its only pvp at the moment but if it plays well maybe they will expand on it like they did with "jump to lightspeed" on the first Star Wars mmo. I just hope its not all still controlled by mouse and keyboard...

... how else would it be controlled?

@artelinarose: I dunno, a control pad or joystick like jump to light speed, tie fighter, x wing etc. I guess it depends who is developing the space sections but it didn't feel great using the mouse during the current space missions

@aiasdair: well, it still exists. I think there was another merger so its on The Shadowlands now. Basically nobody is ever on though anymore. I'm currently playing the game all single-player like, probably for a couple more weeks, and because i logged on I'm currently guild master of it and the empire guild. I can invite ya but there really isn't a reason to be in the guild, no ones playing and you don't really get anything out of it.

Oh great, Shadowlands is where all my characters are! Though if the guild's dead I may be better off joining another, unfortunately. I'd like to try out this guild flagship stuff. Even if I don't like it, it'd still be nice to have a guild for operations later in the game.

@theht: yeah i wouldn't bother. I just have the chars from when the game launched still in the guilds. If i was doing anything group based i would find a diff guild and join up with them.

If you use a referral code for example this, it makes your account entitled to one free character transfer to any server. So if you're coming back and the server you're on is dead, this is a good way to join one of the higher population servers. It also adds 7 days of free game time to your account and some other dump stuff gets mailed to you like a inventory-expander and whatnot.

From what I've seen on the server select screen, in the US anyway the Role-playing server Ebon Hawk is actually the highest pop, which I found surprising.

It's rare that I see anyone else on.

Thats a bummer, i really thought the new content would bring some of the people back
