I love Star Wars Battlefront and its the bestselling star wars game ever (i'm pretty sure) yet this is the only thread about it. So has anyone else played it? I know i have.

I've played it before and loved every minute of it.

I was pissed when I heard they cancelled battlefront 3, I really hope one day they decide to work on it again.

I love the battlefront games. They've provided hours of amusement playing with my friends and my brother. 2 was better, but i didn't like how they took out the flying vehicles from the normal levels and you could only fly in the space levels. I enjoyed bombing runs on ground troops from the first battlefront game. Now, i'm patiently waiting for BF 3.

played it, found it retarded, went back to Battlefield 2

Battlefront 1 and 2 were some of the best games last gen.Battlefront was like how Call of duty is for me now.

God, Battlefront never got old.

Hell yeah! Battlefront 1 and 2 were some of my most-played console games ever. I logged countless hours into both of them. Single-player matches were fun and the multiplayer modes were great. I got pretty good at the game but I haven't picked it up in at least 2 years. I was very sad to see the 3rd one get canceled.

I was praying for a 3rd one, but unfortunately there won't be one...as of now at least :(

I was mildly into these games when I played them by myself, then I played them with friends, and we couldn't put it down. I think we played both, in their entirety, in one day/night. Oddly, one of the best nights ever in college (because of Battlefront and other things).

I played it, it was alright. Didnt stick with it for long though.

battlefront 1 and 2 are definately on my top 10 best games, i played them for hours singleplayer and multiplayer(despite its lag) 
i dont really touch them anymore though 
i also got annoyed of how their making another battlefront on the psp instead of the consoles

I played the first one. It was fun for a while but in the end it was just another battlefield game.

Even though I only owned a Gamecube, Dreamcast, and a GBA last gen, I played a lot of the PC version of Battlefront 2 (it was a bit different, unlike the console versions it was an FPS). More recently though, I picked up a used copy of the first game to play on my 360. To this day it's a really great game. It's kind of a Battlefield clone, but it really scratches my Star Wars geekdom itch.

I loved both, so much. I liked the first the most because of the maps. That bespin map that was focused on dogfighting was so appealing to bomb players off the ledges.

Good game. wish another console one had come out.  Stupid elite squadron for my psp was kinda crappy

Yeah, I played a lot of it with my friends back in the day.

I still play it now and then. It gets a bit boring after I win every single round against the computer cuz I have no friends
